Cabbage Fried Rice

Ingredients:

• 2 cups rettaikiliponniboiled cooked rice

• 1 cup chopped cabbage

• 2 slit green chillies

• 1/2 cup chopped carrots

• 1/2 cup chopped onions

• 1/4 cup peas

• 2 cloves garlic chopped

• 2 tbsp soy sauce

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Step-1 : Heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a large pan 

Step-2: Sauté the onions, green chilli  and garlic until aromatic after adding them.

Step-3 : Stir-fry the chopped  vegetables for about 2-3 minutes like carrot, cabbage, peas or until they are soft, 

Step-4:  Add the cooked rice for two to three minutes, or until it is thoroughly warm.

Step-5:  Add the soy sauce and stir well to combine.

Step-6 : To taste, add salt and pepper to the food.
