Returns Policy for Rettaikili Rice Products
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- A valid proof of purchase (like an order number or invoice) is required.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item back to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged or is not what you ordered:
